Where is the accommodation?
Both properties are in Burrum Heads on Queensland’s Fraser Coast. The Oceanfront Units are at 56 Esplanade with direct beach access. Sunset Waters is a separate private home on the Burrum River. Use the address on your booking confirmation when planning your arrival.
Are the Oceanfront Units and Sunset Waters the same property?
They are two separate properties. The Oceanfront Units are a complex of four self-contained beachfront units. Sunset Waters is a private riverfront house. Each has its own accommodation page and booking choice.
How many guests can stay in the Oceanfront Units?
Each of the four units has two bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps up to four guests. Across all four units there are eight bedrooms and space for up to sixteen guests in total.
How many guests can stay at Sunset Waters?
Sunset Waters sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. It is booked as a private riverfront home.
The comforts that count
Are the pools heated?
Yes. The Oceanfront Units share a heated waterfront pool. Sunset Waters has its own private heated pool at the riverfront house.
Is the accommodation fully air-conditioned?
Yes. The Oceanfront Units and Sunset Waters are fully air-conditioned.
Is the accommodation self-contained?
Yes. Each Oceanfront Unit has its own full kitchen and living space, and Sunset Waters has a full kitchen in the house. The units also include free Wi-Fi and a private balcony or patio.
Can I bring a boat or jetski?
Boat and jetski parking is advertised at the properties. Contact Balmy Breaks before booking to confirm the parking space and access suit your vehicle and trailer, and plan where you will launch during your stay.
